Wet n' Wild- Ebony Hates Chris

I love, love, love this black. So affordable, you can find it everywhere and it really is the best black polish I have ever used. I wanted to zazz it up a bit so added some red beads to a finger on each side. But sadly as soon as I added the top coat some of the red bleed out and now it's silver. Either way, it still pops with the black. Please excuse my sad cuticles.

Pink Wednesday- CG QT

Boy oh boy am I glad it's Wednesday. Only for the pure reason inventory is over. Ahhhh, sleep I have missed you. It's not a hard thing, just long and tedious and everyone seems to act like they are the only one that is tired and act like babies. (more than usual) Anyways.....

I have a zazzy pink today. One of my favorites in my collection! QT from the beloved China Glaze OMG! collection. It's a great raspberry pink and has just a beautiful holo to it. I love this collection so much but I really don't want to use them to much in fear of running out and not being able to get it again. Another great thing about this line is that I noticed it has a really great dry time. My picture today really didnt pick up the amazing holo, but take my word for it, it's pretty stella.

Manglaze- Cabron

This is a super short post! Doing inventory at my job this week and been a very trying 13 hours. Forcing yourself to go to sleep at 8pm to get up at 4am is no fun. Anyways, the loom and gloom of inventory caused me to pick up a dark color out of my stash. I love the Manglaze line. I only have two now, but I'm hoping to get my hands on more soon. (I really NEED to get Fatty's Got More Blood and Fuck Off &Dye.) They dry great and matte. But unlike many other matte polishes, in the sunlight they have a amazing holo type shimmer to them. Love it! Cabron is, to me, a super dark purple. According to Manglaze it's a "Kinda Darth Smurfple". gotta love the wording! I do wish it wasn't so pricing but you can visit their Facebook, and you get 10% by ordering though them. Usually they run $13, but with the Facebook discount turns out to be $11.82. PLUS! Cabron, Matte is Murder and Fuggen Ugly are only $5.99.  Last thing, they always have wicked ass art work too:)

Justin Bieber- One Time Lime

Happy Sunday guys. I wanted try out One Time Lime for awhile now after picking it up at Ulta a couple months back for super cheap on clearance. I think it was only $3.50. I am not a Bieber fan per se, but I do think he's a positive influence for the Tweens and well, I really, really, really love his Nicole by OPI nail polish line. The green is a nice rich green and the formula is nice and thick. You really only need 2 coats to get a nice solid shade. For some reason I wanted shatter too so I added black shatter from OPI. It's kinda a cool ghoulish lol.
If you find the JB line, I highly recommend picking it up. At one time TJ Maxx had duos for $7.99. Many of the Canadian released ones were there as well. Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!!:)

Mini haul-Spolied, wet n wild, & Fergie

My Walgreens finally got in the new Fergie polishes. I'm still not to excited about the price tag though. $3.49 for WnW? Great price for decent polish but $1.99 should be the cap. Anyways, it's one reason why I only picked up one. Ended up grabbing the last bottle of Hollywood Walk of Fame. Multi star glitter, you can't go to wrong with that except the price tag. ( I'm just peeved about the new WnW prices). The Fergie line is pretty cool but I noticed two things. One bad, one good. Many colors seem like dupes of the Spolied line from WnW which are only $1.99. But, other colors seem to be dupes of higher end polishes which is nice if you missed out on a color or refuse to pay $12 a bottle. I'll revisit Fergie on another post though. I went across the street to CVS and picked up two Spolied colors. I needed something summery and fun so I ended up getting Jail Bait, a kickass neon orange and I Only Eat Salads, a mellow neon green ( if there's such a thing) . Also, all the .99 Wet n' Wild cosmetics are only .69 this week. What a deal! I only got one color in the Wild Shine line. I pretty much have the rest lol. A pretty med pink called Dreamy Poppy. Dreamy name huh?:) On a cosmetics note, I finally got the new Revlon Colorstay Whipped foundation. Picked up a sample a couple weeks back and really liked it. Decided to get buff this time. Sample only came in nude and was a bit to light. If you're a CVS card member, check your email. You should have a 20% off coupon. Don't forget, keep tour receipt! If you don't like the cosmetics you buy you can get your money back. If you lose it, you still get a store credit which is great compRed to other stores. Love you CVS.

Blood splatter mani

Happy Friday 13 everyone. Yet again, no Jason movies in tv, sad face. But never fever dear readers, I have my very first splatter mani in honor of this "spooky" day. Next time I will remember to wrap my fingers with tape. Boy I made a mess. But I was really simple. I used OPI Mummy Knows Best from the 2011 spookettes minis and Orly Grave Mistake from the Dark Shadows line. I coveted my work area with wax paper and used a old Burger King straw from my drink from earlier ( glad I stopped by). I tried dipping the straw in a couple dots of polish, but I had no luck. Instead I dipped the straw in the bottle. Be careful not to dip to far in or you will just cover your nail in the color. I would blow lightly to get the "extra" out then blow on the nail. I've had soapy reactions to this manicure today. One lady was like ,"Oh my god! Looks like you murdered somebody with your nails!" Sweet! Just what I was going for. Have you tried the splatter mani? What are your best practices?

Revlon Colorstay polish- bold sangria

Hello there! I've been wanting to try more of the Revlon colorstay colors, but they are pretty pricy for drug store polish. I was in Walgreens last week and noticed this little beauty on the clearance shelf for only $2! But of course, when I got to the register it rang up $7.99. The clerk was nice enough to change to price. This such a beautiful med/deep eggplant purple. The formula is nice a thick and I really like the brush. The color stays pretty great. I didn't use a top coat and it only started to chip at the tips after 3 days. I did see some colors on clearance at Target but bright orange is not me. If you spot a good sale on this line, it's really a great line to pick up. Prices range from $9.99-5.99 in the stores in my area.

Upcoming cosmetics I'm super psyched about

Yes, this has nothing to do with polish, but I wanted to share some cool cosmetics that I just can't wait for.

First, I just saw that Kat Von D will be putting out Lock-it foundation very soon at Sephora. I love her makeup! The eyeshadow's are amazing. Just as good as M.A.C. anLaser Limed a great price for high end makeup. I've used the concealer, mascara and eyeliner (pencil and felt tip) and all are great products. the only thing I have ever purchased and didn't really love was a pack of 5 or 6 mini glosses a couple year ago, and they didn't have great staying power and kinda made my lips itch.

Second, M.A.C. is getting together with Archie comics for a Spring 2013 line!! Super yay! I always loved these comics when I was a kid Veronica  was always my fav. She's so bad-ass;)) No pictures released yet on colors but I'm sure it will be awesome color and designs. Why Archie you ask? Looks like Glee is hooking up with the comic line. Should prove to be very interesting.

Chococat mani

Happy 4th everyone! I thought I would get away from the typical July 4th mani and try a second stab at nail art. G over at Nouveau Cheap inspired this mani. I saw her Little Twin Star inspired mani the other day. It was sooo cute. I love Sanrio. Huge Hello Kitty fan but I do adore dear Chococat. Little guy always seems to get overlooked. Of course the one color that I don't have is a khaki. Spent 2 hours trying to find one yesterday. Ended up picking up Revlon colorstay in Bare Bones. I also used pink, white and red Art Deco from L.A.Colors. Ebony Hates Chris from Wet N Wild , and Green Sketch nail art
from Milani. I don't see how you ladies get such beautiful nail art. Mine come out goofy and uneven but I'm still pretty impressed with the turnout. I'll try out some more Sanrio characters soon:) Don't forget my blog sale too. Plenty up for sale.
